Portions of this lovely waterfront property in Ipswich date to the early 1900’s. A renovation of a newer wing, originally constructed in the 1990’s, replaces windows with larger contemporary casement units, reconfigures a kitchen/living/dining area, and replaces a less-used spiral stair with a residential lift. The renovation also includes relocating a laundry room to the second floor (closer to the bedrooms), building a second floor bathroom, and creating a home office. An overall refresh of the first floor was also undertaken at the same time.
