Family Farm

The homeowners were delighted to purchase this Hicks Builders house as it abuts their parents family farm. They completed some initial interior renovations and were now interested in considering long term design ideas. We studied potential garage additions providing more storage for both daily drivers and tractors while also allowing the existing two car garage space to be renovated into a bigger, more gracious family room and mudroom. The project is designed in a phased approach, with the potential to build garage, then complete interior renovation, then build a porch - allowing construction to flex with available budget and giving confidence that each phase works within the larger whole.
